    * Escorts patrons to tables and provides menus.
    * Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners.
    * Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons.
    * Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.

    *Five years restaurant experience required.
    *Supervise all front of the house staff
    *Prepares work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees
    *Maintain outstanding guest service

    *Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operation.
    *Inspects kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness, proper ambience, and maintenance needs.
