Job Description:
* Welcomes guests to create a favorable impression of Gentle Ben’s.
* Ensure service is prompt and courteous and meals meet or exceed guest’s expectations.
* Escorts patrons to tables and provides menus.
* Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners.
* Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons.
* Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
* Coordinate activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to patrons.
* May take beverage orders and expedite food orders.
* May collect payment from customers.
* Assist busser in clearing and setting tables. -
