• Hostess, Host, Greeter

• Job Description:
  * Welcomes guests to create a favorable impression of Gentle Ben’s.
  * Ensure service is prompt and courteous and meals meet or exceed guest’s expectations.
  * Escorts patrons to tables and provides menus.
  * Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners.
  * Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons.
  * Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
  * Coordinate activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to patrons.
  * May take beverage orders and expedite food orders.
  * May collect payment from customers.
  * Assist busser in clearing and setting tables.

• Servers

• Job Description:
  * 1 year of restaurant experience required.
  * Must be 19 years of age plus.
  * Able to multi-task and consolidate steps.
  * Capable of carrying a cocktail and entrée tray.
  * Must have an outgoing and friendly personality.
  * Must be detailed oriented.
  * Responsible for coursing food accurately.
  * Provide proper table maintenance.
  * Capable of working in a team atmosphere.

• Cocktail Servers

• Job Description:

  *2 years of serving experience required.
  *Must be 19 years of age plus.
  *Able to multi-task and consolidate steps.
  *Capable of carrying a cocktail and entrée tray.
  *Must have an outgoing and friendly personality.
  *Must be detailed oriented.
  *Responsible for coursing food accurately.
  *Provide proper table maintenance.
  *Capable of working in a team atmosphere.
  *Ensure service is prompt and courteous and meals meet or exceed guest’s *Expectations. Must be guest obsessed.
  *Familiar with the daily operation of a POS system.
  *Must possess food, liquor, beer and wine knowledge.

• Bartender

• Job Description:

  *2 years of bartending experience required.
  *Must be 21 years of age plus.
  *Must have vast knowledge of mixed drinks.
  *Must have extensive knowledge of beer, wine and liquor
  *Able to multi-task and consolidate steps.
  *Follow all Arizona liquor laws
  *Must be capable of identifying fake IDs.
  *Maintain a safe and friendly atmosphere.
  *Must have an outgoing and friendly personality.
  *Must be detailed oriented.
  *Responsible for coursing food accurately.
  *Provide proper table maintenance.
  *Ensure service is prompt and courteous and meals meet or exceed guest’s expectations.

• Busser

• Job Description:

  * No restaurant experience required but preferred.
  * Must be 18 years of age plus.
  * Able to multi-task and consolidate steps.
  * Capable of carrying a cocktail and entrée tray.
  * Must have an outgoing and friendly personality.
  * Must be detailed oriented.
  * Capable of working in a team atmosphere.
  * Clear and reset tables quickly
  * Re-fill all non alcoholic drinks.
  * Assist server to maintain proper service.
  * Coordinate table priority with greeter.

• Security

• Job Description:

  *Capable of working in a team atmosphere.
  *Able to multi-task and consolidate steps.
  *Maintain a safe and friendly environment
  *Follow all Arizona liquor laws
  *Must be capable of identifying fake IDs.
  *Able to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  *May have to perform janitorial duties
  *Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively.
  *Assist cocktail staff in clearing and re-setting tables.
  *Assist bartender in stocking and cleaning.
  *Control the flow of large crowds
  *Assess possible conflicts and respond accordingly.

• Dishwasher

• Job Description:

  *Capable of working in a team atmosphere.
  *Able to multi-task and consolidate steps.
  *Maintain dish machine and dish area
  *Check chemicals regularly
  *Wash and sanitize all dishes
  *Sweep and mop dining room floors
  *Help maintain clean restrooms
  *Re-stock all hand towel and soap dispensers
  *Assist cooks with portioning of food items
  *Check and remove dishes from bus stations throughout restaurant.
  *Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary restaurant

• Floor Supervisor

• Job Description:

  *Five years restaurant experience required.
  *Supervise all front of the house staff
  *Prepares work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees
  *Maintain outstanding guest service
  *Train front of the house staff
  *Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operation.
  *Inspects kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness, proper ambience, and maintenance needs.
  *Regulates daily labor and food costs.
  *Enforces policies and procedures
  *Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  *Must be familiar with the daily operation of a POS system.
  *Must have the ability to problem solve.
  *Check out staff, close and secure the building
  *Maintain a safe and friendly environment.
  *Follow all Arizona liquor laws.
